**About the project** Wise Body Solutions is a clinical movement studio (Pilates, Physical Therapy, Massage, and Structural Integration delivered as a single coordinated system — not a menu of standalone services). We need a WordPress/Elementor developer to build out our full site from the ground up. This is **not** a design-from-blank-page job and it's **not** a fitness/wellness template job. We have: - A complete brand guide and brand board (colors, fonts, logo assets) - **Final, locked copy for 5 of our core pages** — this copy is not to be rewritten, summarized, or "improved." It goes in exactly as provided. - A few existing HTML landing pages that exist only as rough visual reference — not production-ready, not to be reused as-is - Additional page copy still in progress on our end, to be delivered to you in batches as it's finalized **Nothing is currently built in WordPress.** This is a full build from a clean WordPress + Elementor Pro install (license provided by us). **Scope of work** Pages to build: 1. Clinical Pilates 2. Physical Therapy 3. Massage & Medical Massage 4. Rolfing® Structural Integration 5. Mat Classes 6. Homepage 7. Founding Membership landing page 8. About 9. Additional pages (Pricing/Membership structure, Contact, FAQ, Class Schedule, etc. — final list and copy to follow; estimate 4–6 additional pages) For pages where we provide locked copy: implement it faithfully in a layout that converts and reduces friction toward booking — we are not looking for decorative or "looks nice" design opinions. If you depart from a layout we specify, you must justify it in terms of conversion/usability reasoning, not aesthetic preference. **Momence integration** We use Momence for class booking and membership management, replacing our current WPForms/Square setup. Momence has official embeddable widgets — these need to be placed on several pages (homepage, membership page, class pages). Based on our understanding, this does **not** require custom API work, just widget embedding — but if you find during scoping that API-level work is actually required, flag that to us before starting so we can re-scope and re-quote, not after the fact. **Process requirements** - All work happens on a **staging environment** — either GoDaddy's built-in staging tool (if available on our plan) or a private dev subdomain. - **No live production access or sensitive credentials will be shared until the staged build is fully reviewed and approved by us.** This is a non-negotiable requirement given the sensitive nature of some site content. - Once approved, you will migrate/transfer the completed build to our live GoDaddy-hosted WordPress install and we take it from there. **Technical environment** - WordPress, hosted on GoDaddy - Elementor Pro (license provided by us) - Momence (widget embeds) - Currently using WPForms + Square for intake — being phased out in favor of Momence; you do not need to migrate this data, just deprioritize/replace the booking-related forms **What we need from you** - Strong, demonstrable Elementor experience — please include 2–3 live examples of sites you've built with Elementor (not just "worked on") - Comfortable implementing provided copy and brand guidelines exactly as given, without unsolicited rewrites - Mobile-responsive, fast-loading builds (we care about conversion and page speed, not visual flourishes) - Basic on-page SEO setup (proper headings, meta titles/descriptions, alt text) - Native English or fully bilingual — this is a healthcare-adjacent business and copy precision matters - No Momence-specific experience required — general comfort embedding third-party widgets/iframes into Elementor is sufficient - Open to either an individual freelancer or a small agency **Timeline:** ASAP. We need someone who can start immediately and communicate realistic turnaround time in their proposal, someone just ghosted us and our studio is live and we're without a site — please state your estimated timeline for the initial 9 pages listed above in your application. **Budget:** Fixed-price preferred.
