Experienced Laravel/PHP Developer Needed

Looking for an experienced Laravel/PHP developer for an agency client engagement. This is not a learning project. We need someone who can work independently from day one, understand an existing Laravel codebase, investigate production issues, support QA/reliability work, and communicate clearly with the team. Required stack: - Laravel / PHP - MySQL - Redis - Laravel Queues / Jobs / Horizon - Git / GitHub - Production debugging / troubleshooting Mandatory conditions: - Must work as an individual developer, not through a team or agency - Must be available full-time during U.S. business hours - Must check and respond to Slack messages within 5-10 minutes during working hours - Must be able to join English calls when needed - Must be able to use Upwork Time Tracker - Must be available to start immediately - Budget: $10-20/hr Please apply only if you meet all conditions above.
