Experienced Project Manager Needed for Software, AI & Automation Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can help us manage ongoing software, AI, automation, web, mobile, and SaaS projects. The ideal person should be comfortable managing developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients. You should be able to break down requirements, create clear tasks, follow up with the team, track deadlines, manage priorities, and keep projects moving without constant supervision. You must have hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, GitHub Projects, and Linear. Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows, sprint planning, task estimation, daily updates, client reporting, and documentation is important. Responsibilities will include: Managing project timelines, tasks, and team communication Creating tickets, user stories, and clear task breakdowns Coordinating between developers, designers, QA, and clients Running sprint planning, status updates, and progress tracking Reviewing deliverables before client updates Preparing weekly reports and keeping documentation organized Identifying blockers early and helping the team stay on track We need someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Technical understanding of software development, AI projects, automation workflows, APIs, and SaaS products will be a strong plus.
