Fix SEW-Omron Bidirectional PLC Communication

Our SEW DHR21B card used to exchange data in both directions with an Omron CJ2M-CPU33, but since the drive was reset to factory settings the PLC can only read; every write attempt is ignored even though no error messages appear on either side...
