Full Stack Engineer (Mapbox + Data Systems)

Looking for a developer who can build an interactive map-based data tool for housing market information. The core of the work is taking large datasets (state, metro, county, ZIP level) and making them usable inside a Mapbox map so they can be explored visually. The map needs to support switching between different metrics like prices, inventory, and trends, and it should update smoothly without lag even with a large dataset. We’ll be using Mapbox for the visualization layer and a Postgres-based backend (Supabase is fine). The data side is important because this will pull from multiple external sources and needs to stay consistent over time without breaking when those sources change structure. There will also be a detail panel when a user clicks on a location, showing historical trends and charts for that area. This is not a simple frontend map project. It needs proper data modeling, some ETL work, and a clean structure so it can scale later if needed.
