Inspectall - Quickbooks Invoice Automation

I would like to automatically generate invoices in quickbooks based on information entered into the app we use for daily work called "inspectall". Idealy invoices would be generated once a job folder is marked as complete, prior to sending to a client it would be reviewed by staff.
