The outcome I want When I have a session with a client, I want the flow to work like this: ∙ The session is booked/scheduled in Simply.Coach ∙ Fireflies automatically joins, records, and transcribes the meeting ∙ The transcript/summary ends up filed in the correct client’s portal inside Simply.Coach, with as little manual handling from me as possible The key question I need you to answer honestly before quoting The make-or-break point is the final step: getting each Fireflies transcript into the right client’s space in Simply.Coach. From what I can tell, Simply.Coach connects calendars natively (so Fireflies joining sessions should be fine), and it has a Zapier integration — but I’m not sure its available actions allow a transcript to be written into a specific client’s portal automatically. I need you to verify: 1. Can a Fireflies transcript/summary be routed automatically into a specific client’s record/portal in Simply.Coach (via native integration, Zapier/Make, or the Simply.Coach API)? On which plan tiers? 2. If full automation isn’t cleanly possible, what’s the best realistic setup — e.g. Fireflies generating the transcript automatically and me doing one quick manual filing step per client?
