AI Structured Data Extraction from Large Documents

I am looking for a senior AI Full-Stack Developer & Architect with proven, direct experience building SaaS app, that extract structured requirements from large, complex documents. The immediate goal is to develop a focused pilot application that processes government documents, typically 100–300 pages, and generates a structured compliance matrix with at least 97% requirements completeness. The system should: • accept one PDF words documents format; • extract all valid requirements; • group requirements by type; • avoid irrelevant content, duplicates, incomplete requirement fragments; • generate a clear, structured compliance matrix.
