I'm looking for an automation/backend developer who understands API integrations and can close out a data-mapping issue between a web form and a CRM.
The setup: our WordPress site (Gravity Forms) captures UTM parameters and passes them into ServiceTitan via a CallRail integration. I ran a clean UTM-tagged test lead and confirmed the data arrives in ServiceTitan complete and correct. The campaign value and full UTM URL are sitting right there in the lead's Overview.
The problem: ServiceTitan still tags the lead "Direct Web Traffic" because the arriving value isn't being mapped into the structured Campaign field. The data made it into the system. It's just not landing in the field that drives our reporting.
I need someone who can trace where that final field-mapping should happen and configure it, whether that's in ServiceTitan's Webform Attribution settings, the CallRail–ServiceTitan integration mapping, or field-name normalization on the form side. If it turns out the cleanest fix is a small script or webhook adjustment, you should be comfortable there too.
What you're good at (why this fits you):
- API integrations and understanding how data moves between systems
- Debugging the gap between "data arrived" and "data mapped correctly"
- Comfortable in webhooks, field mapping, and third-party integration config
- You can explain what was broken and what you changed, clearly
Success: a new UTM-tagged test lead shows the correct campaign name in ServiceTitan's Campaign field, not "Direct Web Traffic," and attribution reports cleanly.
Bonus if you have direct ServiceTitan or CallRail experience, but a strong integrations/automation background who can learn the panels fast is fine. Please mention a similar "data arrives but doesn't map" integration issue you've solved.
