# Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Delivery Lead **Initial one-month contract | Remote | Immediate start** **Budget: $750 + $250 completion bonus** We are looking for a strong, hands-on Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of a connected multi-product estate that is approximately 70% complete and drive it through to full production delivery. This is not a role for someone who wants to work on isolated tickets. We need someone who will roll up their sleeves, understand the complete ecosystem, finish the remaining development, connect the applications and services, coordinate any external specialists, and work with our DevOps team until every agreed product is live and operating to production standard. The architecture includes a shared backend supporting multiple website frontends, APIs, admin services, PWAs and Capacitor mobile applications. ## Technology * Next.js * Node.js * Strapi * PostgreSQL * Redis * BullMQ * REST APIs * Capacitor * Android/PWA deployment * Docker and Coolify * GitHub and controlled CI/CD workflows * Cloudflare and R2 * WordPress integrations where required ## Your responsibility You will own the technical delivery from the current state through to completion: **Review → Plan → Build → Integrate → Test → Deploy → Stabilise → Handover** You will: * audit the existing codebase, repositories, branches and outstanding work; * identify what is complete, partially complete, broken or duplicated; * finish the shared backend and connect each frontend correctly; * complete Next.js websites, APIs, Strapi services and Capacitor applications; * resolve authentication, database, Redis, BullMQ, caching and background-worker issues; * ensure each application works correctly across Development, Staging and Production; * work directly with DevOps while the estate is deployed and standardised; * coordinate and manage any external developers or specialists needed to close specific gaps; * review all externally delivered work and accept or reject it against the required standard; * use AI heavily for development, debugging, testing, documentation and delivery acceleration; * personally perform final technical review, QA and integration checks; * maintain clear daily progress reporting, evidence and blocker escalation; * ensure all agreed sites and applications are live, stable, documented and production-ready. ## AI-first working method We expect proven experience using AI coding tools as part of a disciplined professional workflow. This should include: * structured prompting and repository context; * AI-assisted coding and refactoring; * test generation; * code review; * debugging and log analysis; * documentation; * verification of AI-generated output before acceptance. You must be able to demonstrate previous success delivering real applications using this approach. Blindly accepting AI-generated code is not acceptable. You remain responsible for architecture, security, correctness and final quality control. ## Team and support You will receive substantial support: * project owner available daily from **06:00–15:00 ICT**; * technical and support team available from **15:00–03:00 ICT**; * DevOps team managing infrastructure, deployment, Git workflows, environments and rollback; * existing technical staff with knowledge of the current services; * Codex-generated development, audit and deployment packs. You must be available every working day for at least **12:00–15:00 ICT** to overlap with both the owner and technical team. ## Contract and payment * Initial one-month remote contract * Base project payment: **$750** * Completion bonus: **$250** * Immediate start preferred * This must be your primary project during the engagement * Strong delivery may lead to longer-term work, but continuation is not guaranteed The completion bonus is payable only when all agreed websites, applications, APIs and mobile builds are: * deployed; * functioning; * tested; * connected correctly; * documented; * and accepted as production-ready. ## Ideal candidate * strong full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript experience; * proven Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL delivery; * practical Redis and BullMQ experience; * experience with Capacitor, PWAs and Android application builds; * comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure integration and deployment; * able to lead delivery and manage external contributors; * strong AI-assisted development capability with evidence; * decisive, organised and highly accountable; * willing to take ownership until the complete estate is working. ## To apply Please provide: 1. I am bootstrapping the business and remain fully hands-on, so teamwork, honesty and visibility matter. This role will not suit people who overpromise, disappear when work becomes difficult, avoid accountability or continually produce excuses instead of solutions.
