IT Recruiter Needed to Source Senior AI/Software Engineers (Kuala Lumpur, Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to source and screen candidates for a Senior Software/AI Engineer role based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a permanent position with a salary range of RM20,000-RM35,000. Job description for the role you will be recruiting for: Requirements: - 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years building production AI systems - not prototypes, but systems that handle real traffic at scale. - Has shipped production AI: not notebooks, not demos. Systems that handle real traffic, break in unexpected ways, and teach lessons papers don't mention. - Operates across paradigms: comfortable with SQL and with prompt engineering, picking the right tool rather than a favourite tool. - Leads through uncertainty: facilitates problem-solving discussions that get the team moving when the path isn't clear. - Thinks in systems: sees structural flaws behind symptoms, optimising how the organisation solves problems, not just the code.
