Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (Healthcare SaaS)

## Overview We are an early-stage startup building a healthcare-related SaaS platform and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help review our existing system, define the technical roadmap, and lead the next stage of development. The project already has an existing backend and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of architecture decisions, backend development, API design, and support mobile application development. --- ## What You'll Be Doing * Review and audit an existing codebase * Assess current architecture and scalability * Recommend technical improvements * Design and document APIs * Improve database structure where needed * Build and maintain backend functionality * Collaborate with mobile developers * Support deployment and production readiness * Help prioritize MVP development --- ## Required Skills * Strong PHP experience (Laravel preferred) * REST API development * MySQL or PostgreSQL * System architecture and database design * Experience working with existing codebases * Cloud deployment experience * Git and collaborative development workflows --- ## Preferred Experience * Healthcare SaaS * Telehealth platforms * Patient management systems * HIPAA or healthcare security standards * Flutter mobile applications * Startup or MVP development --- ## Initial Engagement The first phase will focus on: * Technical audit * Architecture review * Development roadmap * Effort estimation * Identification of technical risks Successful completion may lead to a longer-term development engagement. --- ## To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
