Autonomous AI Agent for Business Development

Overview I need a developer to build an autonomous agentic workflow that researches businesses within a given category and fills out a structured BD spreadsheet. The agent should take a category as input, search for relevant businesses, extract accurate contact and location details, verify the data, and output rows in a fixed format ready for outreach. I will provide an example output row so you can see the exact format and quality bar expected. Please review it and confirm your solution can consistently match it before starting. What the agent needs to do Accept a category as input. Categories will be local, client facing professionals and small businesses, for example: Personal Training, Golf Coaching, Real Estate Agents, Financial Advisors, Wedding Planners, Interior Designers, Chiropractors, Insurance Agents, Travel Advisors, and similar. Search the web and identify relevant businesses in that category, ideally filtered by a location or region I specify. For each business found, research and populate the following fields: Category Business Name Website Contact Email Contact Form URL Contact Name Title City State Address Phone number Write results directly into a spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel, open to your recommendation) in the format shown in the example. Verification requirement This is a required part of the build, not optional polish. Before a row is written as final, the agent needs a verification step that checks: The website URL actually resolves and belongs to the business found The email address matches the domain of the business website where possible The business name, city, and state are consistent across sources Contact name and title are left as NA rather than guessed if not confidently found Please describe in your proposal how you would implement this verification step (rule based checks, a second research pass, human in the loop review, or a combination) and how the agent should flag or handle rows it cannot verify confidently. The final agent's output needs to match that example in structure, completeness, and accuracy before I accept delivery.
