I need a good Nodes.js backend developer who have solid experience

I need a fullstack dev to work with to modify my existing web application. 1- The front-end is react.js, we will modify it to use pure html, css and Js. I already have the new html code(the new design) that we will use 2- The deve will have to add some page that I don't put yet in the html code 3- My web application has three modules, Admin, sub-admin and supervisor. the admin module and the sudamin module are already there, the will have to create the supervisor Module. 4- The dev will have to fix some issue in my backend and add some more functionlaties 5- as the project is a web application, the de will have to deploy the code in a vps server,
