Job application virtual assistant - Reverse Recruiter

I'm a final-year Computer Science student at a Sydney university graduating August 2026, actively applying for graduate software engineering roles across Australia. I need one reliable, detail-oriented person to independently manage my entire weekly job application process. This is NOT a simple form-filling role. You will be doing three things every week: 1. Role Research (independent) Search SEEK, LinkedIn Jobs, GradConnection, Glassdoor, and specific company career pages weekly. Filter roles against my criteria sheet - I do not provide you with links. You find the roles yourself. 2. Resume & Cover Letter Tailoring For each role you find, tailor my master resume to match the job description keywords and requirements. Write a tailored cover letter using my base template and voice guide. Every application must sound like me - natural, human, not AI-generated. 3. Application Submission & Logging Submit each application through the relevant portal. Log every submission in a shared Google Sheet with role title, company, URL, portal used, date, and tailoring notes. Target output: 30–40 applications per week What I provide: Master resume with all experience, projects, and tech stack Role criteria sheet — exactly what to apply for and what to skip My tech stack you need to understand: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, LangGraph, Anthropic API - you need to recognise these in job descriptions and match them correctly in tailored applications What I need from you: Strong written English - cover letters must read as natural human writing, not templated or AI-generated Genuine understanding of ATS keyword optimisation Experience tailoring resumes and cover letters for tech roles specifically Ability to work independently - I provide assets and criteria, you execute without hand-holding Reliable async communication, same-day responses during weekdays Familiarity with Australian job boards, especially SEEK and GradConnection Hours & Pay: Estimated 5-10 hours per week Rate: $6–8 USD/hour depending on experience Weekly payment upon submission of verified application log Duration: 3–4 months with potential to extend Before Hiring I would like to see your work it could be your google sheets and the results you brought in.
