Lead AI Engineer Needed: AI Resume & Career Assistant (LangGraph / Python / FastAPI)

We are looking for a specialized AI Engineer to architect and build an intelligent AI-powered career assistant that helps users create professional resumes, optimize job applications, prepare for interviews, and receive personalized career guidance. The platform will go beyond basic chatbot functionality by leveraging multi-agent AI workflows, where specialized agents collaborate to analyze resumes, generate ATS-friendly content, provide interview coaching, and recommend career improvements. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a scalable multi-agent architecture using LangGraph. Build specialized AI agents for: Resume generation and optimization ATS scoring and keyword analysis Cover letter generation Interview preparation Career recommendation and job matching Develop secure backend APIs using Python and FastAPI. Integrate external APIs such as job boards, LinkedIn, document parsers, and vector databases. Optimize prompt engineering, memory management, and agent collaboration. Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and production-ready on Linux/Ubuntu servers. (Optional but preferred) Collaborate with frontend developers using Flutter or React. Required Skills Strong experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar multi-agent frameworks. Advanced knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration. Expertise in Python and FastAPI. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS). Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs. Experience deploying AI applications on Linux using Docker and cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of API integrations, authentication, and scalable backend architecture. Nice to Have Experience building HRTech, CareerTech, or recruitment platforms. Knowledge of ATS systems and resume optimization. Experience with LangSmith, LangFuse, or AI observability tools. Experience with Flutter, React, or Next.js. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and Kubernetes.
