Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python/FastAPI + React/Next.js) — PropTech Platform, Immediate Start

B2B PropTech marketplace connecting property managers and estate agents with verified service providers. We need an experienced full-stack developer to work on our existing platform — likely 4–6 weeks, with possibility of extension for the right person. This is execution-focused work: we provide the specs, API contracts, and designs; you build to spec, write clean code, and ship. Stack: Backend: Python, FastAPI Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS Database: PostgreSQL Infra: AWS, Docker, Git Integrations: Stripe, REST APIs, third-party CRM/PMS What this role is: Building features, fixing bugs, and implementing integrations against existing architecture Clean, reviewable PRs and responsive communication What this role is NOT: Not a full-time commitment (for now) — this is a bridge engagement Requirements: 5+ years professional experience with Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js Comfortable working from written specs and API contracts without heavy hand-holding Experience with REST API development and PostgreSQL Strong Git workflow — small, reviewable PRs Available for a paid trial task before any larger commitment Some timezone overlap with UK working hours (BST) preferred Stripe integration experience SaaS/marketplace platform experience
