I run [my business — e.g. a small online skincare store] and I keep getting the same customer questions over and over (pricing, shipping, which option to choose). I'd like a smart AI chatbot on my website that answers these instantly from our own info, 24/7, and grabs the visitor's contact details when they're interested. What I need: An AI chatbot embedded on our website (we're on [Shopify / WordPress / a custom site] — I'll share access) It should answer using our own content — products/services, FAQ, policies (I'll provide the text) Friendly, on-brand tone; when it doesn't know something it should say "let me connect you with our team" instead of guessing Capture name + email + question into a Google Sheet (or email me) when a visitor wants a follow-up Easy for me to update the info myself later Deliverables: Working chatbot live on our site Connected to our info / knowledge base Lead capture set up A short walkthrough video on how to use and update it This is a small first project.
