Fix Contact Form & Logo

The contact page on my WordPress site is not behaving as it should. Contact Form 7 looks fine in the editor but, on the live page, the form is broken and no email reaches my inbox. I need it fully operational so visitors can submit enquiries and I receive them instantly without landing in spam...
