OCR HOA ARC & CCR PDFs

I have between 51 and 200 pages of scanned, non-searchable PDFs that contain both ARC and CCR documents for our homeowners’ association. My goal is to turn every page into clean, accurately transcribed text so I can edit, quote, and reference these rules without retyping them by hand...
