Update Node.js SCIM Application

We need to update an old Node.js application that uses the SCIM protocol to retrieve user data from Entra (Azure) and save it to a CSV file for Totara. The ideal candidate will have experience with Node.js and SCIM protocol, as well as familiarity with Azure services. Also knowledge of Totara and multi tenancy within Totara is required. The task involves ensuring the application is up-to-date and functions smoothly with the latest SCIM protocol standards.
