Cisco L3 VLAN, QoS, Multicast

I have a Cisco Layer-3 switch with no current VLANs on it and I’m ready to bring it into production. I need four new VLANs created, each with the correct SVI, routing and trunk settings, followed by a clean QoS policy that gives priority to VoIP traffic across the entire switch fabric...
