Overview: We are looking for an experienced Etsy Specialist to help us launch a professional, high-converting Etsy shop from scratch. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful Etsy store setups, strategic product listing optimization, and a deep understanding of the Etsy search algorithm (SEO). We want our shop to not only look visually stunning but also be structurally optimized for maximum organic reach and sales from day one. Key Responsibilities: Shop Setup & Configuration: Guide and assist in the end-to-end Etsy shop registration, including shop profile, banner/logo placement, policies, about section, and shipping profiles. Product Listing Creation & Optimization: Create compelling, professional product listings. This includes: Writing highly engaging, benefits-driven product descriptions. Conducting keyword research to optimize Titles and utilizing all 13 Tags strategically for Etsy SEO. Advising on photo/video sequencing to ensure maximum click-through and conversion rates. Pricing & Shipping Strategy: Help configure shipping profiles (including international shipping if applicable) and ensure listings are set up correctly with variations and pricing tiers. Marketing Consultation (Bonus): Provide foundational advice on Etsy Ads, off-site marketing, or social media strategies to drive initial traffic. Requirements: Proven experience setting up and managing successful Etsy shops (please provide portfolio or links to shops you’ve managed).
