# Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer (Web Console)
Location: Fully remote
Team: Engineering / Web Console
Reports to: R&D Team Lead
## About US
We are a data signal platform that ingests billions of daily geo-signals from a network of providers, processes them through large-scale ETL pipelines, and turns them into audiences and analytics that power programmatic advertising and location intelligence. Our customers use the Console - the product you'd be working on - to explore signals, build audiences, activate them across DSPs and partners and visualize results.
You'd be joining a small, senior engineering team where your work ships to real users quickly and the gap between idea and production is short.
## The Role
We're hiring a mid-level Full Stack Engineer (3-5 years of experience) to help us build and evolve the Intuizi Console. You'll own features end-to-end across the Laravel API and the Vue.js frontend, work directly with the R&D Team Lead on roadmap and architecture, and collaborate with the data engineering team that maintains the pipelines and warehouses behind the product.
This is a hands-on role. You'll write product code, review pull requests, debug production issues, and have meaningful input into the technical direction of the platform.
## What You'll Work On
- New features in the Console: audience builders, activation flows, dashboards, admin tooling, partner integrations
- Backend APIs in Laravel (PHP) backed by MySQL and AWS Athena
- Frontend work in Vue.js + Vuetify, with a planned migration path forward
- Integrations with AWS services (S3, Athena, SQS, QuickSight, Glue, Secrets Manager) and partner APIs
- Performance and scalability improvements as our data volumes and customer base grow
- Working alongside ETL/data engineering to expose new datasets to end users
## What We're Looking For
Required
- 3-5 years building and shipping production web applications full stack
- Strong PHP experience, ideally with Laravel (or comparable framework: Symfony, Rails, Django)
- Strong JavaScript and experience with a modern component framework - Vue, React, or Svelte. Vue is a plus, but we don't expect you to have used Vue 2 specifically
- Comfortable with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) and writing non-trivial SQL
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud (AWS preferred), Docker, and standard CI/CD workflows
- Solid debugging instincts: you can read a stack trace, isolate a problem, and fix the root cause rather than the symptom
- Clear written communication. We're remote and async-leaning, so writing well matters
Nice to have
- Experience with data-heavy products: analytics dashboards, query builders, audience tools, BI integrations
- Exposure to AWS Athena, QuickSight, or other warehouse/query layer tooling
- AdTech or MarTech background (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, programmatic, attribution)
- Experience working on a product going through a frontend modernization (Vue or framework migration)
## How We Work
- Small, senior team. No bureaucracy, no committee design, no busywork
- Code review on every change. Tests where they earn their keep
- Docker-based local development; deploys go through GitHub Actions
- Slack and async-first, with a daily touchpoints
- Direct access to the CTO and the rest of the engineering team
## What You'll Get
- A product with real users, real data, and real scale - your work has visible impact within days, not quarters
- Ownership over significant parts of the codebase and meaningful influence on technical direction
- A team that values clarity, pragmatism, and shipping over process theater
- Room to grow into senior and lead responsibilities as the team scales
