Small-Scale PCB Design

I'm looking for a skilled PCB designer to create a small, mixed-component PCB for a consumer electronics device. i need the pcb to converter and power my 12vdc rs485 sensor 200ma from a poe input. this will then allow me to read the data from the sensor on the network...
