Fix Photoshop Printing & Desktop Cleanup -- 2

My desktop suddenly refuse to print from photoshop so I reset the preferences and lost my plugins which help me in my job , It was a older plugin made by a small company so I can not find that website... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Adobe Photoshop, Computer Repair, Plugin, Technical Support)
