AI Engineer Needed to Build Compliance Chatbot for Registered Agent Company

We are looking to hire an experienced AI developer or team to build a custom AI assistant for our company, Titan Registered Agent. The goal is to create an AI system that can accurately answer business compliance questions for U.S.-based businesses (LLCs, corporations, etc.) while strictly avoiding legal advice. This AI will act as a support assistant for our customers and should be trained on our internal knowledge, services, and publicly available compliance information. Core Requirements: - AI chatbot that answers business compliance questions such as: - Annual reports - Registered agent requirements - EIN filings - Business formation basics - State compliance reminders - Must NOT provide legal advice under any circumstances - Must include clear disclaimers when needed - Ability to be trained on: - Our internal documents (SOPs, FAQs, service descriptions) - State-specific compliance information - Should escalate or defer when questions go beyond scope Key Features: - Natural, conversational responses (similar to ChatGPT) - Ability to detect and refuse legal advice questions - Smart fallback responses (ex: “We recommend speaking with a licensed attorney…”) - CRM or website integration (API or widget) - Admin dashboard to update knowledge base - Logging & analytics (track common questions, errors, etc.) Technical Expectations: - Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Knowledge of prompt engineering and guardrails - Experience with retrieval-based systems (RAG) - Ability to deploy scalable solution (cloud-based) - Data privacy and security best practices Deliverables: - Fully functional AI assistant - Documentation on how to manage/update it - Training session or walkthrough - Ongoing support (optional but preferred) Bonus: - Experience working with legal/compliance-related AI tools - Experience building AI for service businesses To Apply: Please include: 1.
