About Seamless: Seamless is an AI automation consultancy helping complex enterprises close the gap between AI potential and real operational outcomes. We're pre-revenue and moving fast — identifying our first clients now. The Role: We're building our technical bench before we need it. The worst time to find a contractor is under delivery pressure, so we're identifying our technical person now — someone we can call on when an engagement requires hands-on implementation. This is an on-call/as-needed role to start. No guaranteed hours, but a clear path to steady work as client engagements ramp. What You'll Build: - AI automation workflows connecting enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, internal tools) - API integrations and data pipelines between business applications - LLM-powered tools: document processing, workflow automation, intelligent routing - Lightweight internal tools for client teams (dashboards, chatbots, data extractors) - Prompt engineering and RAG implementations for enterprise use cases What We're Looking For: - Strong Python skills — you write clean, maintainable code, not just scripts that work once - Experience integrating APIs and third-party services at a production level - Hands-on work with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) in real applications, not just tutorials - Comfort working with minimal spec — you can take a business problem and figure out the technical solution - Fast turnaround, clear communication about what's possible and what isn't - Experience with enterprise environments is a strong plus (you understand data sensitivity, auth constraints, IT restrictions) NOT a fit if: - You need detailed technical specs handed to you before you can start - You've only built LLM demos or toy projects — we need production experience - You disappear mid-project or go dark when problems get hard To Apply: Share one project where you built an API integration or automation for a real business use case. What was the problem, what did you build, and what broke along the way?
