One-Page WordPress Website for Consultant

I need a simple, clean one-page WordPress website built for an independent consultant. All content (copy in French), brand colors, and site structure are already prepared in a detailed brief document — you won't need to write any content, just build and style the site. **What's already done / provided:** - Domain name purchased (consultantwms.fr) and hosting space already created on Hostinger - Full page copy, ready to paste in (in French — please do not translate or rewrite it) - Brand colors (blue, green, red — hex codes provided) - Site structure and section-by-section layout - Logo: simple text-based logo for now (no image/icon needed) **What I need you to do:** - Install/configure WordPress on the existing Hostinger hosting - Build a one-page responsive site (mobile/tablet/desktop) using a free or low-cost theme - Set up a working contact form (Contact Form 7 or WPForms Lite) - Install a basic SEO plugin (Yoast or Rank Math, free version) - Set up a "Blog" category/section, ready to receive articles later (I already have 3 draft blog articles ready, in French) - Basic speed optimization (caching + image compression) - Hand over full WordPress admin access at the end **Timeline:** 3-5 days
