Full Stack Blockchain Developer (Long Term)

We are building a Web3-powered platform that bridges digital ownership with real-world value. We are looking for a full-stack developer with strong blockchain experience to join our team and help bring the MVP to life. This is a hands-on role where you will own the blockchain integration, smart contract development, and back-end and front-end Web3 architecture. What You'll Do - Design, write, test, and deploy smart contracts for minting and payments. - Integrate Web3 functionality into the Next.js frontend (wallet connection, minting, downloads, and payments). - Build secure back-end routes to handle metadata, file uploads, and on-chain/off-chain syncing. - Ensure smooth communication between the Express server, IPFS, and the blockchain. - Optimize for low transaction costs and a seamless user experience. You Should Have - 5+ years of full-stack development experience. - Proven experience deploying production-grade smart contracts on an EVM-compatible chain. - Deep familiarity with the full Web3 stack (e.g., wagmi, viem, ethers.js, and IPFS). - Comfort with both frontend (React/Next.js) and back-end (Node/Express) development. - Understanding of NFT standards, minting flows, and token transfers. - Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of the blockchain layer. Nice to Have - Background in education tech or marketplace platforms. - Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
