Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

We are hiring a full-time Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale an enterprise grade, social media market research, trend analysis & content strategy platform. You will own significant parts of the product end-to-end, collaborating closely with a small, fast-moving team. This role is for someone who can take complex briefs, make strong technical decisions, and reliably ship on time. Your main role will be to understand the existing system capabilities and how that fits into the context of social media & brands, test & build new features, improve both existing & new features (better output, mostly AI prompt / agent improvement & UI improvement) AND build automated (ML systems) that help the system improve itself over time based on user input and user feedback. You will work directly with the lead software engineer and the Co-founders to build features. - You are an AI agent & prompt engineering expert Commitment and compensation - Full time: 40+ hours per week (more or less depending on how efficient you are) - Starting Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 per month (depending on ability) - Bonuses: Semi Annual - Pay raises: reviewed every 3 months Please include: - Links to portfolio, GitHub, LinkedIn & shipped products - Your experience with Cursor IDE, Radix UI, JSX, and AI-assisted development workflows - loom video following the instructions on the INSTRUCTIONS tab Responsibilities - Build, and maintain full-stack features from concept to production - Deliver high-quality UI and UX with strong attention to detail - Build and optimize backend services, data pipelines, and integrations - Build ML systems so our system automatically improves over time - Work independently from briefs, breaking down scope and executing reliably - Improve development velocity using modern AI workflows and prompt engineering - Communicate progress clearly (daily quick bullet point reports on progress) and respond quickly during working hours. Required qualifications & abilities - Degree in Computer Science (Masters preferred) - strong spoken and written English. You must be able to communicate with the founders and other engineers who speak English as a 2nd language. - 5+ years professional experience as a software engineer - Strong full stack experience with excellent frontend and backend skills - Strong production experience with Next.js - Experience building and maintaining real-world SaaS & AI products - Strong experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred) - Experience designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing performance - Experience with Supabase or similar backend platforms - Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI APIs in production systems - Expert prompt engineer with deep experience using AI to improve coding efficiency - Proven ability to understand complex project briefs and work independently - Consistent on-time delivery and willingness to go the extra mile when needed - Fast responder with excellent verbal and written English - Expert-level experience with Cursor IDE - Strong experience with Radix UI and JSX Preferred experience - Worked on market research, data analysis, or trend tooling products - Experience working with social media APIs & scraping data - Experience building tools for content analysis, creator analytics, or content strategy - Experience building AI-driven analysis or insight generation systems - Experience working with large, noisy, or unstructured datasets - Experience building data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis I cannot stress enough how important it is that you want to live and breathe software development for AI & agentic tools.
