# Full-Time Personal Assistant, Technical VA & AI Automation Expert We are looking for an exceptionally capable, reliable, and technically skilled **full-time Personal Assistant and AI Automation Specialist** to work directly with a founder across multiple businesses, software projects, and AI initiatives. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. You will combine executive assistance, project coordination, technical problem-solving, AI automation, research, and light software development. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and can take an idea from a rough instruction through to a completed result. ## Tools and Experience We’re Looking For You should have practical experience with several of the following: * Claude Code * OpenAI Codex or similar AI coding agents * n8n * APIs, webhooks, and system integrations * AI agents and automation workflows * JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python * GitHub and version control * CRM and business automation platforms * GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Asana, Slack, or similar tools * Basic database and backend concepts * Research, documentation, and technical troubleshooting You do not need to be a senior software engineer, but you should understand software development well enough to work with AI coding tools, inspect existing projects, troubleshoot issues, connect APIs, and communicate effectively with developers. ## Responsibilities Your responsibilities may include: * Managing the founder’s daily priorities, tasks, reminders, and follow-ups * Turning voice notes, messages, and rough ideas into organized action plans * Building and maintaining n8n automations * Using Claude Code and Codex to develop, update, and troubleshoot software * Connecting platforms through APIs and webhooks * Testing automations and identifying potential failures * Researching software, AI tools, integrations, and technical solutions * Managing projects, documentation, and task boards * Following up with team members, clients, and contractors * Preparing reports, summaries, SOPs, and implementation plans * Assisting with CRM systems, lead workflows, and internal operations * Coordinating multiple projects and ensuring nothing is forgotten * Handling general executive and personal-assistant responsibilities when required ## What We Need From You You must be: * Available full-time and able to treat this as your primary role * Highly responsive during agreed working hours * Proactive rather than dependent on constant instructions * Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment * Extremely organized and attentive to detail * Able to research unfamiliar problems independently * Comfortable using AI to work faster without blindly trusting its output * Capable of checking, testing, and improving your own work * Honest when you do not know something * Willing to take ownership of outcomes, not only complete individual tasks * Interested in a serious, long-term position We need someone who sees an unfinished task and follows it through to completion.
