On-Call Website Support Using Claude AI - Design & Code Updates, US Hours Required

I need someone on-call to help a non-technical client of mine manage and update his website. We use Claude (Anthropic's AI tool) for design and code work on the site, so what we need is someone who can use Claude effectively to make changes, and who can also patiently walk my client through the process when he wants to be involved. What you'll be doing: Available by phone, Slack, WhatsApp, or text during US Eastern business hours when needed Using Claude to make design and code updates to the website Walking my client through changes step by step when he wants to follow along (he is not technical, so patience and clear explanations matter) Publishing/uploading changes live to our website hosted on DreamHost Troubleshooting basic site issues (broken links, formatting, images, etc) Helping with anything else related to the site as it comes up Requirements: 10/10 spoken and written English - you'll be talking to my client directly and regularly Available during US Eastern time hours (New York time zone) Strong working knowledge of Claude (or similar AI tools) for design and code tasks — we'll also show you our specific workflow Comfortable in WordPress - publishing pages, uploading media, basic troubleshooting Patient, calm, good at explaining things simply to a non-technical person Reliable and fast to respond when contacted Important - this is required, not optional: You must use the Upwork desktop app with the work diary/screenshot tracker turned ON, including webcam capture, for every single billable hour. Time sheets or manual hour logging will not be accepted. This is non-negotiable and is part of why the rate is set where it is. Hours: Just a few hours per week, on-call basis. Paid hourly for actual time worked. Rate: $20-$40/hour Timeline: Looking to start ASAP, ideally this week.
