Full-Stack Engineer for Web + Mobile Language Learning App (Ongoing)

We're Speak Silq — a heritage language learning platform built for Central and South Asian diaspora communities. Think Dari, Pashto, Farsi, Urdu, and more, taught by people who actually speak them. We're small, we move fast, and we're looking for an engineer who can own the product end to end. Web, mobile, front-end, back-end — the whole thing. The work Build and maintain our web app and mobile app Deploy iOS releases and push updates through the App Store Work across the full stack, from interfaces to back-end services Integrate and work with multiple LLMs across our product and content Move between our different tech stacks as the work demands Own projects from scoping through delivery You'll thrive here if you have Strong experience building both web and mobile apps Hands-on experience deploying iOS apps and pushing updates Solid front-end and back-end skills Hands-on experience with Replit (required) Comfort with Git and GitHub Real experience working with multiple LLMs Fluency across several programming languages The adaptability to switch between stacks without missing a beat A deep, thorough grasp of the code you work on — not just the surface Project management experience Fluent English and clear, reliable communication Bonus points for A connection to or interest in heritage language learning and diaspora communities Experience with Stripe or web-based payments Experience with PWAs Details Engagement: Ongoing / long-term Type: Hourly Hours: 30+ To apply, tell us A couple of web and mobile apps you've shipped (links if you've got them) The languages and stacks you're strongest in Your experience deploying iOS apps, working with LLMs, and using Replit Your availability
