Start with one trainer, built to scale to multiple later. Scope: - Telegram Bot (Node.js/TypeScript) connected to our AI API - Incoming messages - AI - reply. AI unsure - human takeover - Simple branching flows: yes/no/delay/follow-up - Safe broadcasts to warm contacts via official Bot API - Basic analytics: who replied, who didn't, stage tracking - Multi-tenant architecture from day one (tenant_id per trainer) - No new AI build.
