WordPress Expert for pSEO Setup

"I am developing a programmatic SEO (pSEO) platform for restaurants and snacks in Dubai. I need a WordPress expert to build the technical foundation so I can scale this project efficiently. Scope of Work: Infrastructure: Set up a Custom Post Type (e.g., 'Restaurants & Snacks') using Pods or JetEngine. Dynamic Template: Create a high-quality 'Master Template' in Elementor. All specific data points (Restaurant Name, Location in Dubai, Cuisine, Price Range, Image, Description) must be dynamically linked to the Custom Post Type. Database Readiness: The setup must be optimized to handle bulk imports via CSV/Excel, allowing me to generate thousands of pages automatically. Localization: The architecture should be ready for location-specific data relevant to the Dubai market. Requirements: Proven experience with Dynamic Content and pSEO frameworks in WordPress. Ability to build a clean, replicable 'Master Template' that I can easily copy for future niche websites. Clear documentation on how to perform bulk imports into the system.
