About Us:
DeeplySecure (www.deeplysecure.com) is a B2B SaaS platform for Security Awareness Training, built for enterprise clients across the DACH region. The platform combines phishing simulations, interactive training modules, and real-time analytics — designed to help organizations meet NIS2 and KRITIS compliance requirements. The platform was built from the ground up in under eight months and is actively growing its customer base.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced lead developer or a small development team to take full ownership of the DeeplySecure platform. We are looking for a reliable development partner for ongoing maintenance, client onboarding, and continuous platform improvements. Project-based or retainer arrangements are welcome.
The single most important thing to us: availability and communication. We need to know who is working on what, when you are reachable, and that new customers can be onboarded without delays. Regular status updates and predictable response times matter more to us than any specific technology background.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Ongoing maintenance and stability of the platform
Onboarding new client organizations (multi-tenant setup)
Implementing new features and improvements as prioritized
Keeping us informed: who is available, what's in progress, what's coming next
Coordinating with our current lead developer (available for handover questions via GitHub)
Tech Stack (from our technical factsheet)
You should be comfortable with most of the following:
Frontend: React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript
Database: PostgreSQL 17 via Supabase (including Row-Level Security)
Auth: Supabase Auth (JWT, magic links, password-based)
Infrastructure: Nginx, Linux servers in Germany (Hetzner/Nürnberg + Falkenstein), wildcard SSL, automated backups
Real-time: WebSocket support
Integrations: Supabase, Stripe (billing, prepared), SMTP
Architecture: Multi-tenant monorepo, three separate apps (Super-Admin, Admin Dashboard, User Portal), stateless API, horizontally scalable
Collaboration
Codebase is managed via GitHub — all collaboration happens there
The outgoing lead developer is available for questions during the transition period
Platform supports English, German, French, and Italian — English is the working language
Requirements
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
German basic knowledge is a plus
Proven experience with the tech stack listed above
Strong communication habits — you respond, you update, you show up
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
