Python Automation Operator / Technical Virtual Assistant (Selenium Experience Required)

**Job Title: Python Automation Operator / Technical Virtual Assistant (Selenium Experience Required)** I am looking for a reliable technical assistant to help operate and maintain my existing Python automation systems. You will NOT be required to build software from scratch. Your main responsibility is to run existing code, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly when problems happen. **Main Responsibilities:** * Run Python automation scripts daily and ensure they are working properly * Monitor outreach systems and make sure daily KPIs are being achieved * Track results, activity, errors, and outcomes in organized reports * Use existing workflows to follow up with contacts and help convert conversations into booked meetings * Add qualified prospects that match my ICP into my systems and begin approved outreach workflows * Identify when scripts fail and investigate the cause * Read Python error messages/logs and troubleshoot issues * Use AI tools and documentation to help debug simple problems * Communicate issues, fixes, and improvement ideas clearly **Technical Skills Needed:** * Basic/intermediate Python understanding * Experience with Selenium browser automation * Ability to understand scripts written by another developer * Comfortable debugging errors * Familiar with CSV files/data handling * Able to use AI coding tools to help solve problems **Communication Requirements:** * Conversational English required * Must provide clear updates and ask questions when something is unclear * Must be reliable and detail-oriented **Work Schedule:** Starting at 2 hours per day with the opportunity to increase hours as more automation systems are launched. The ideal person is someone who enjoys running systems, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure everything operates smoothly.
