AI/ML developer

ONLY EU CITIZEN WILL BE EVALUATED. We are looking for an AI/ML developer to build and ship production LLM applications, not prototypes. You will design and implement GenAI solutions end to end: retrieval pipelines over client data, orchestration and agent logic, evaluation, and deployment on cloud infrastructure. Strong Python — you write clean, testable code, not just notebooks. Solid AI/ML foundations: model training, evaluation, and knowing when a classic ML approach beats an LLM. Hands-on GenAI experience: open-weight LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen or similar), LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks, and RAG — chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval quality, and how to debug it when the answers are wrong. Cloud deployment experience, AWS preferred (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3). Ability to work directly with a client and translate a vague business problem into a workable AI solution.
