Data extraction from Jira

I need a Jira Admin who will be able to run python scripts that have already been developed to extract data and provide it in a json format. We need someone who can serve as a Jira Subject matter expert and provide guidance such as setting up custom fields, pointers to specific api's etc. You may have to troubleshoot issues such as connectivity, if needed.
