Experienced CodeIgniter 3 / PHP Developer (Short or Long-Term) I am looking for an experienced CodeIgniter 3 / PHP developer to assist with the continued development and maintenance of an existing production platform. The platform is built with: • PHP • CodeIgniter 3 • MySQL • Bootstrap • JavaScript • jQuery Current development includes enhancing the platform's prize gifting and sharing functionality, including: • Facebook sharing • Open Graph metadata • Dynamic social sharing previews • Mobile sharing workflows • SMS and email integration • General platform enhancements and maintenance Required experience: • Strong PHP and CodeIgniter 3 experience • MySQL • JavaScript/jQuery • Bootstrap • Debugging existing applications • Git • Ability to work with an established codebase Experience with Open Graph metadata, Facebook sharing, social media previews, or mobile sharing is a plus. I am looking for an individual developer only (no agencies) who communicates well, is responsive, and takes ownership of their work. This may begin as a short-term engagement but has the potential to become a long-term opportunity for the right developer.
