Senior Data Architect (Retail) | Python | Snowflake | SQL | Looker | Remote (US EST)

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with 10–15 years of experience and a strong background in the Retail domain to join our growing data engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will design scalable data solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders, review engineering work, and drive projects from requirements to production. Responsibilities Design scalable data architectures and data warehouse solutions. Develop and optimize solutions using Python, Snowflake, and SQL. Build and maintain modern ETL/ELT pipelines. Review code and mentor engineering teams. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with Business and IT stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery. Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues. Required Skills 10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Architecture. Strong hands-on experience with Python. Expert-level Snowflake knowledge. Advanced SQL skills. Experience with Looker. Data warehouse and pipeline design experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Retail industry experience. Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience leading technical teams.
