DSCRBuddy Zapier Workflow Fix

I use DSCRBuddy to capture bridge-loan leads and have already connected it to Zapier, yet the automation never fires. I’m getting workflow errors right at the start: the zap just won’t trigger when a new entry hits DSCRBuddy, which is exactly what should set everything in motion...
