Implementation of Website - (I am based in Sydney, Australia)

A summary about the job: - The website is a 5-page HTML file (Home, The Problem, Services, Our Story, Contact), already fully designed with layout, styling, and interactive elements (menus, tabs/toggles) built in — no design work needed, just implementation. - I have existing hosting and a domain through VentraIP. The file needs to be uploaded via cPanel and the domain connected. - The Contact page has a form that needs to send submissions straight to my email inbox (reliably, not landing in spam). - Once live, I would like you to be my ongoing point of contact for any future edits or changes, on an as-needed basis. Before sending across the file, I would like to get a sense of a few things: (a) Your rate for the initial setup (upload, domain connection, contact form) (b) Your rate for ongoing edits/changes after launch (hourly or per-request) (c).
