We are seeking a senior AI/Software Engineer to architect and build an enterprise-grade multi-agent PMO automation platform. The system will aggregate project data in real time, detect delivery risks, enforce governance workflows, generate executive reporting, and automate communication across enterprise collaboration platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD
• Real-time aggregation of project status across Jira, Azure DevOps, Teams, Slack, email, and related systems
• AI-driven risk detection including schedule slippage, dependency conflicts, predictive scoring, and RAID log generation
• Governance automation including stage-gate validation, checklist enforcement, and audit trail capture
• Executive reporting engine with EVM calculations, RAG status analysis, narrative generation, and SteerCo deck drafting
• Persona-based communication workflows and meeting note processing
• Portfolio-level resource planning and forecasting
• Observability for LLM systems including tracing, accuracy metrics, feedback loops, and cost tracking
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
AI / Agent Engineering
• 3+ years building production LLM applications
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, reasoning workflows, and agent decision loops
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and retrieval evaluation
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or Bedrock APIs
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop escalation and confidence-based automation workflows
Software Engineering
• 5+ years of production software engineering experience
• Strong Python development with production-grade practices including testing, logging, CI/CD, and error handling
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with event-driven systems or orchestration frameworks such as Temporal, Prefect, or Airflow
• SQL and vector database experience including Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or ChromaDB
• Deployment experience using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless infrastructure
Enterprise Integration
• Experience integrating Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph/Teams, Slack, and related enterprise platforms
• Ability to build systems consuming structured data from multiple enterprise sources
• Understanding of enterprise authentication patterns including OAuth2, SAML, service principals, and API tokens
Communication & Ownership
• Ability to work independently without daily technical oversight
• Experience managing backlogs and communicating timelines to stakeholders
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical PMO leadership
• Comfortable acting as the lead technical authority within a business-led environment
NICE TO HAVE
• PMO, project management, or workflow automation domain experience
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Earned Value Management
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem experience including Teams apps, SharePoint, and Power Platform
• Azure cloud infrastructure experience
• LLM observability/evaluation experience (LangSmith, W&B, custom evals)
• NLP/document processing experience involving transcripts, emails, or presentation generation
