Deploy React & .NET on KVM

I’m running a fresh KVM 1 VPS on Hostinger and I need the whole stack—React front-end, .NET back-end, and a SQL database—live in production. The machine is still vanilla, so you’ll start by choosing and hardening the OS (most likely Ubuntu, but I’m flexible if you see a better fit)... (Budget: ₹100 - ₹400 INR, Jobs: .NET, Apache, CI/CD, Linux, MariaDB, Nginx, Node.js, PHP, SQL, Ubuntu)
