Full-Stack Solution Engineer / Technical Co-Founder Track (Startup MVP Development)

We are an early-stage startup looking for a highly capable and autonomous Solution Engineer to help us build the foundational version of our product. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and deploying a solid, scalable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from the ground up. As our first core engineer, you won't just be writing code—you will be partnering with us to make key architectural decisions, solve complex technical problems, and bring our product vision to life. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Development: Own the architecture, backend, and frontend development of the MVP. Product Strategy: Translate business requirements and product ideas into clean, functional tech solutions. MVP Optimization: Focus on building a lean but robust product, prioritizing speed-to-market without compromising code quality. Scalability: Design a core infrastructure that can handle early user traction and easily adapt to future feature iterations. Collaboration: Maintain transparent, frequent communication with the founding team regarding timeline, technical hurdles, and milestones. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record of building and launching MVPs or software products from scratch. Strong full-stack development experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, or similar modern tech stacks). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Vercel/Supabase for rapid deployment) and database management. A "startup mindset"—you are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and focus on practical problem-solving. Excellent technical communication skills.
