Migrate WordPress Site to React with CMS

We are seeking a skilled developer to transition our existing WordPress website to a React-based site, utilizing a new homepage design while retaining the content of other pages. The ideal candidate will have experience in both WordPress and React, and be able to integrate a CMS into the new setup. We will provide the new design in PDF File. (No Figma only Canva) Preferably (Sanity) if not keeping WP as the CMS. The new website must be fully optimized and secured for long-term stability. The front-end should be a React-based site. If we migrate to Sanity, we'll need to replicate the current Business Reviews logic. Please prioritize the migration of the Business Reviews plugin data to ensure no loss of content. For the Classifieds module, we would like to rebuild this from scratch to ensure a more professional user experience. The new module should support a paid-posting model for B2B users, as the current WordPress plugin is underperforming and does not meet our expectations. The setup should involve only a few essential plugins to keep the CMS clean, fast, and well-maintained, aiming for an A+ performance score. Additionally, the site must remain SEO-friendly. We will provide a new design for the homepage (attached). All other pages can retain their existing content from current site but should be adapted to follow the new design layout.
