Motus AI Engine Backend Developer

I need a developer to build the full Motus AI Engine backend — including the database schema, workflow engine, dispatch logic, authentication, billing, settlement logic, admin console backend, SDK foundation, and API documentation — and then build the complete Developer Portal on top of it. This role requires strong backend experience with MySQL, PHP, and JavaScript, and the ability to deliver complex system architecture following the Engine‑First scope.
