Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Consultant

We're looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving business problems, not just writing code. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently work directly with clients, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and take ownership of projects from planning through delivery. As our client relationships grow, you'll also have the opportunity to step into a Project Manager / Technical Lead role. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain modern web applications across the full stack. Lead technical conversations with clients and explain solutions in a clear, non-technical way when needed. Break down project requirements into realistic implementation plans. Recommend the right technologies and architecture based on each client's goals. Collaborate with our internal team while taking ownership of technical decisions. Identify risks early and propose practical solutions before they become problems. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience. Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies. Experience designing scalable, maintainable software architectures. Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing meetings. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving ability and an ownership mindset. Experience estimating projects, planning milestones, and communicating progress clearly. Nice to Have Experience acting as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Engineering Consultant. Project management experience. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with AI integrations, APIs, or workflow automation. Startup or consulting experience. Requirements Available during U.S. business hours (EST/PST) for meetings and timely communication. Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet. Professional microphone/headset and camera for client meetings. Comfortable representing our company in technical discussions with clients.
